About The Position

Provides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This is a part-time position, working on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.
• Requires knowledge of the county roads and streets.
• Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and adequate insurance as required by County Policy.
• Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly.
• Check on well-being of participants being served home delivered meals.
• Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant.
• Submit necessary written reports.
• Attend various trainings.
• Perform other related work as required or assigned.
