This role involves supervising the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods for the hotel as assigned by the Executive Chef, ensuring that a quality, consistent product is produced which conforms to all HEI/Franchise standards. It also includes supervising Human Resources aspects in the kitchen, monitoring and controlling maintenance/sanitation, and managing labor and food costs.
