About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to support general facility upkeep and repairs within our site. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of indoor spaces through a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can operate independently while supporting site needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or facilities support
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and finishing techniques
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs including patching, sanding, and finishing
• Hang, remove, and replace signage throughout the facility
• Repair and patch walls following signage removal or facility modifications
• Apply caulking and sealants to maintain clean, finished surfaces
• Perform ceiling tile repairs and replacements
• Support general indoor maintenance and upkeep
• Address minor repair needs across the site in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned
