Light Duty Maintenance Technician
About The Position

With services from facilities maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Light Duty Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for replacing burned light bulbs, ceiling tiles, air returners grills, air vents grills, and performing other miscellaneous duties to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in good condition. An ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and complete all tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Reliable Transportation
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in these duties is a plus
Responsibilities
- Replacing burned light bulbs
- Replacing ceiling tiles
- Replacing air returners grills
- Replacing air vents grills
- Performing other miscellaneous duties to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in good condition
- Ability to review and complete work orders in the Angus system
