About The Position

This role involves the light assembly of fuel injectors. Responsibilities include the tear down, cleaning, and re-assembly of injection bodies. Operators will use various machines for cleaning components, requiring them to start and monitor the machines, then remove and place components in designated areas. The position also requires the utilization of Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques to follow and enhance current processes. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Willing to work all scheduled hours including Saturdays and Sundays as required.
• Ability to stand 85% of an 8-hour shift.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Possess a reliable form of transportation.
• Willingness to have contact with diesel fuel/oil.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
• Must be able to pass a urine drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required (proof needed in background check).

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly of fuel injectors, including tear down, cleaning, and re-assembly of injection bodies.
• Operate cleaning machines for components, including starting, monitoring, and removing parts.
• Utilize Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques to follow and improve current processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
