About The Position

This role involves the assembly of small orthodontic devices using specialized tools and machines. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, visual inspection for quality control, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals. The second shift offers a competitive pay rate with a shift premium.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading, math, and computer skills
  • Must be able to remain seated for 8-10 hours per day
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Exceptional finger dexterity
  • Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Use of tweezers, magnification, and automated assembly machines
  • Assembly of small orthodontic devices per specification
  • Visually inspect parts to ensure quality
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
