About The Position
Evening Light Duty Cleaner Position available out of our Burlington office. Must have valid Ontario drivers license. Work Days: Monday to Friday 4:30 pm start time, approximately 30 hours per week. This cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.
Requirements
- Must have valid Ontario drivers license
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Driving company provided vehicle to various client locations
- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
