About The Position

Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Burlington office building. Evening light duty cleaning focus on floor cleaning. Work Days: Monday to Friday - 2 hours per shift, starting after 5:00 pm. This office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.

Requirements

• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
• A vehicle to commute to work locations
• Have a criminal record check

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial

Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
