About The Position
Part-time Light Duty Cleaner position available in Cambridge. This role involves evening cleaning, Monday to Friday, for 2 hours per day, starting at 4 pm. ServiceMaster Clean reserves the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion, as tasks and time spent may vary based on business needs.
Requirements
- Communicate in English both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
Responsibilities
- General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot cleaning of walls and glass
- Sanitizing touchpoints
- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
