About The Position

The Dixon Group is seeking a reliable Light Assembler with a positive attitude and strong mechanical aptitude to assemble components and help produce high-quality products. The hands-on role involves assembling parts with small hand tools and/or production machinery, performing quality checks, and recording production data using computer systems. One year of manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; training is available for candidates eager to learn and perform precise work. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working with tools, parts, and mechanical components.
• Ability to perform addition and subtraction accurately.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds regularly during a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts and components efficiently.
• Proficiency in safely using hand tools and basic machining equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
