About The Position

This position is responsible for various warehouse tasks including pulling orders, packing and repacking, loading and unloading merchandise, and stocking merchandise using a lift truck or tugger. The role requires maintaining excellent customer service, responding to instructions from the Control Booth, keeping the warehouse area clean, and assisting other departments as needed. The operator will also be responsible for putting away merchandise properly, checking daily assignments, and performing any other duties directed by management.

Requirements

Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
Must be able to pass lift truck licensing test (written and physical)
Must weigh less than 300 lbs (manufacturer requirement)
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Positive attitude when working with customers
Knowledge of merchandise handling procedures
Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 35 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects
