About The Position

This role involves various warehouse tasks including pulling orders, packing, repacking, loading and unloading merchandise, and stocking items using a lift truck or tugger. The operator will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, following instructions from the Control Booth, keeping the warehouse clean, and assisting other departments as needed. Proper put-away of merchandise and checking daily assignments are also key responsibilities. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and proper merchandise handling.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass lift truck licensing test (written and physical)
• Must weigh less than 300 lbs (manufacturer requirement)
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Positive attitude when working with customers
• Knowledge of merchandise handling procedures
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
