Responsibilities

Hiring, training and supervision of all front-line operations employees. Ensuring the team is clear on their goals and expectations
Initiating and formulating staff training and development programs
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of superior safety procedures and customer service procedures
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance procedures for the gondola, equipment, buildings and vehicles
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of all department budgets
Collaborate with the Operations, Maintenance on all aspects of building, equipment and lift maintenance
Identifying and implementing facility/equipment needs and improvements; coordinating with the Operations Director the purchase of goods and services required.
Attend weekly leadership team meetings as required
Contributes to the overall cleanliness of all gondola facilities particularly in the operations department areas
Collaborate in the Development and Oversight Health and Safety practices throughout the Gondola
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of superior Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. safety, customer service, emergency procedures)
