Lift Maintenance Laborer- 2026 Summer Season
About The Position
This is an entry-level, seasonal position for the summer of 2026, responsible for supporting the lift maintenance team. The role involves operating lifts, assisting with maintenance tasks under supervision, and participating in on-the-job training to develop technical skills. The position requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions while contributing to team goals and adhering to safety standards. Requirements
- Minimum 4 months lift operation experience preferred
- Driver's License preferred
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work outside in all weather
- Ability to work at heights over 50 feet
- Experience with power and hydraulic tools preferred
- Experience with ATVs preferred
- High School diploma or Equivalent is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screen

Responsibilities
- Operate chairlifts for lift maintenance teams
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Lift Maintenance Technicians under supervision
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including but not limited to, digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Participate in on-the-job training to develop lift maintenance and technical skills.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around lift equipment, tools, and elevated structures.
- Perform physically demanding labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, climbing, and repetitive movement tasks
