About The Position

This role consists of operating powered industrial equipment to support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, stocking, and shipping products. The primary goal is to move product safely while maximizing productivity. This is not a ground-level picking role. This position requires operating a cherry picker (elevated equipment) up to 40 feet while wearing a safety harness. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights for extended periods.

Requirements

• Warehouse or equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Must be able to become forklift certified through company training

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and other powered industrial equipment
• Pick and move product throughout the distribution center
• Load and unload shipments
• Stock and replenish inventory
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
