Requirements

• The hourly wage range for this position is $21.40 - $24.90.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight flow by moving, scanning, and handling freight manually and/or with power equipment.
• Maintain merchandise supply by replenishing pallets of merchandise onto and from racks or docks using warehouse systems or through verbal instructions.
• Provide basic maintenance to equipment, such as cleaning and inspecting.
• Ensure freight quality by processing stray and damaged cases, inspecting pallets, shrink wrap, and freight for damage, cutting shrink wrap as needed, and maintaining records, logs, and forms.
• Organize warehouse by using power equipment to remove pallets from pallet returns (e.g., pallet storage trailers), upstacking, downstacking empty pallets, and upstacking, downstacking freight.
