About The Position

The Lift Operator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in the condition of all merchandise pulled and shipped from the warehouse. The role involves safely handling and organizing merchandise using pick or other power equipment, helping maintain efficient and protective rack use, assisting with physical inventories, and completing related paperwork according to procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English in speech and writing.
• Ability to carry out goals and instructions and follow through on assignments.
• Demonstrated customer focus.
• Ability to safely move up to 50 lbs. and more with assistance.
• Ability to maintain heavy physical activity during the shift.
• Ability to use a two wheeler.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk frequently.
• Ability to work in an indoor/outdoor climate.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, locate, relocate, and/or stack merchandise safely, accurately, and orderly using a pick or other power equipment.
• Move product as necessary to use racks efficiently, free up space, and protect product from damage.
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the supervisor.
• Complete and submit all paperwork concerning merchandise pulling correctly and on time according to procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
