About The Position

KOKH is seeking a creative Lifestyle Producer to produce daily content for its lifestyle program, Living Oklahoma. The producer works closely with the Executive Producer, Director, and Anchors on the show and its content, and is responsible for writing, shooting, and editing material. The role also develops content for the station’s website and social media. The ideal candidate is a creative leader who can engage viewers, work independently and collaboratively, and remain organized and positive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Previous producing and/or editing experience at a commercial TV station is required, though an entry-level candidate may be considered. Knowledge of the Oklahoma City television market is a plus. Strong writing skills and creativity.

Strong non-linear editing and videography skills, including the ability to shoot and edit video.
