This role starts as a part-time, per diem position with the potential to grow into a permanent opportunity for the right person. Corner Property Management is an NJ-based association management company dedicated to helping condominium associations run smoothly and thrive. We partner with communities across NJ and PA to provide professional management services.
Requirements
- Experience in event planning, community programming, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible availability to support events and meetings as requested
- Comfortable working with residents, vendors, and community stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support community lifestyle programs, social events, and resident activities
- Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, instructors, and volunteers related to Association events
- Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, setup coordination, and on-site oversight
- Provide programming recommendations aligned with community goals and budget
- Support event communications, including notices, flyers, calendars, and resident outreach
- Attend Association-approved events or meetings related to lifestyle programming when requested
