Spring Arbor Richmond is hiring a Part-Time Lifestyle Assistant / Activities Assistant to support our Assisted Living community. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in activities, recreation, event planning, hospitality, community engagement, or senior living programming, or those looking to start a rewarding career in resident life enrichment. At Spring Arbor, life enrichment is essential. Our Lifestyle team creates daily moments of connection, joy, creativity, and purpose for our residents. You’ll play a key role in bringing energy and engagement into the community. The primary responsibility of the Lifestyle Assistant is to assist the Lifestyle Director in providing a full-time social and activity program at the Community for all residents and families. Encouraging resident socialization, improving daily living skills, expanding personal interests, increasing physical activity and education. Making every effort to maintain and expand the lifestyle of all the residents.
