About The Position

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking enthusiastic, safety-minded, and service-driven individuals to join their fun, fast-paced pool and recreation team. They are currently hiring for Lifeguards and Pool Attendants. The ideal candidates will have a friendly, guest-focused attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in a team-oriented environment. Reliable, energetic, and professional individuals are sought. Lifeguard certification is preferred, or a willingness to become certified. • Ensure the safety of guests in and around the pool area.
• Monitor pool activities and enforce rules and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
