Full Time - Lifeguard
About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking Lifeguards to help maintain a safe and enjoyable waterpark environment. The role involves enforcing waterpark rules, monitoring pools and slides, responding to emergencies, and delivering welcoming, courteous guest service. Lifeguards are also expected to work collaboratively and reflect Kalahari’s Promise to Lead with Love by supporting associates and contributing to extraordinary guest experiences. Candidates who are not already certified can complete a three-day certification course. The position is offered at $14–$17 per hour, with a $500 referral bonus for the new hire and a $500 bonus for the referring associate, subject to the associate being in good standing with the company.

- Must be at least 15 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Work as part of a team and follow the Kalahari Promise’s core values and service expectations.
- Assist with opening and closing waterpark rides and maintaining park cleanliness.
- Communicate attraction requirements and safety concerns to guests.
- Conduct water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for hazards or safety risks.
