About The Position

The Wright Fit is a luxury fitness and amenities management company operating facilities in residential and commercial buildings in Manhattan. The company describes its work as offering pathways to an extraordinary quality of life through fitness, hospitality, health, and wellness.

This role delivers customer service and hospitality to residents and guests at a fitness center. The position provides floor supervision and helps maintain the fitness center and its equipment, answers questions about equipment and services, coordinates personal training and other fitness services, and supports specialists, events, management tasks, and the wider team. The role also requires maintaining The Wright Fit’s standards and promptly responding to clients’ needs.

Requirements

• Administrative or customer service experience; hospitality and/or fitness experience is preferred.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to manage conflict.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, self-starting approach, and personal accountability.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and lift and move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Provide floor supervision and maintain the fitness center and equipment.
• Answer clients’ questions about the fitness center using knowledge of equipment and services.
• Coordinate personal training and other fitness services.
• Support The Wright Fit specialists in delivering a high-quality service experience.
• Assist in organizing and managing fitness center events.
• Respond attentively and promptly to clients’ needs.
• Assist management with daily tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support efficiency and camaraderie.
• Uphold The Wright Fit’s aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, culture, vision, purpose, and values.
• Meet quality assurance expectations and standards, including sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods and lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Attend and pass internal lifeguard certification.
