About The Position
Greensboro Country Club is seeking certified Lifeguards to join our Aquatics Team for seasonal employment through the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals returning to school with a flexible schedule, taking a gap semester, or those looking to earn extra income before the season concludes. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a chance to work in a beautiful private country club environment with a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. Complimentary employee meals are provided while working.
Requirements
- Current Lifeguard Certification
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the pool.
- Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming area.
- Enforce pool rules in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining a clean pool environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests.
