Lifeguard - Goochland YMCA
About The Position
The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking a part-time lifeguard to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at its pool. Certified lifeguards are welcome, as are swimmers interested in becoming lifeguards; the YMCA will provide certification training to qualified candidates who meet basic swim requirements. The pay range is $15–$17 per hour. Opening, evening, and weekend lifeguards are needed. Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Must have current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
- Must have American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification, or meet basic swim requirements and be interested in receiving YMCA-provided certification training.
Nice To Haves
- Oxygen Administration (O2) certification is preferred but not required.
