About The Position

Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. They perform proactive interventions, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules and assisting struggling swimmers. The role ensures the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area, enforcing pool rules and regulations, and responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents. Lifeguards also provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with concerns. This position requires the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service that creates, implements, and manages lifeguard programs for various swimming pool owners across Arizona, including resorts, country clubs, and homeowners associations.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur.
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns.
