About The Position
Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on. Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the pool area. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur. Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns.
