About The Position

The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA is looking for a responsible, energetic, and team-oriented Lifeguard Supervisor to help lead their aquatics team. This role involves monitoring the pool, mentoring staff, building confidence in others, and creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment. The position is ideal for someone passionate about leadership, safety, and making a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard Certification (YMCA, Red Cross, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required
• Lifeguard Supervisor Certified or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Leadership skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be at least 16 years old

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience preferred
