About The Position
As a Lifeguard Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily waterpark operations, ensuring both fun and safety. You will assist the Waterpark Manager with scheduling, training, and maintaining a high-performing lifeguard team while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Energetic, upbeat personality for a busy waterpark environment.
Nice To Haves
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the lifeguard team.
- Oversee waterpark operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and performance management.
