TouchCare is looking for a strategic and creative Lifecycle & Social Content Lead. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, engagement, and growth. You will own lifecycle marketing and content strategy end-to-end, creating impactful campaigns that engage prospects, clients, brokers, and members across every stage of the journey. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Client Relations teams to develop positioning, messaging, and communication strategies that drive engagement and business impact. You will have the ability to shape and scale a modern brand in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging
  • Experience building and executing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Proven ability to manage content calendars and publish across multiple channels
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable executing on strategic initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, HR tech, or B2B environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle messaging and content across the entire marketing funnel, including lead generation, lead nurture, onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and support lifecycle marketing campaigns through content creation and messaging that drive adoption, retention, and conversion
  • Serve as the primary writer and message owner across all marketing and communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency and impact.
  • Own full content creation across channels, including: Social media (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), Email campaigns and nurture sequences, Blog content and thought leadership, Sales collateral and enablement materials (including PPT)
  • Translate campaign briefs into clear, compelling messaging tailored to specific audience segments (brokers, employers, members)
  • Own and manage the editorial calendar, publishing cadence, and campaign content timelines
  • Own and execute social media content strategy (with a focus on LinkedIn) aligned to broader campaign and growth priorities
  • Monitor social engagement, comments, and audience sentiment to inform content and strategy
  • Review campaign performance with marketing team (open rates, CTR, engagement) and adjust messaging to continuously optimize performance
  • Collaborate across functions to align messaging with sales, client success, and product initiatives
  • Support utilization and adoption of TouchCare’s platform, services, and member engagement tools through effective messaging and content
  • Support lead generation and pipeline growth through targeted content and campaign execution
  • Partner with leadership to elevate executive presence and brand voice across channels
  • Partner with marketing team to execute campaigns, lifecycle programs, and content development across channels
