TouchCare is looking for a strategic and creative Lifecycle & Social Content Lead. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, engagement, and growth. You will own lifecycle marketing and content strategy end-to-end, creating impactful campaigns that engage prospects, clients, brokers, and members across every stage of the journey. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Client Relations teams to develop positioning, messaging, and communication strategies that drive engagement and business impact.
