The Social Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing high-performing social content across both organic and paid social channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and cultural relevance and will need to translate business objectives into scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand growth. This person will not just make posts. They will concept, create, test, and iterate content designed to perform across platforms like Instagram, Reddit, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. It is all in support of both direct response campaigns and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate understands how to create content that works in-feed and converts in ads , leveraging platform trends, audience insights, and performance data to continuously improve output. This role requires someone who is highly creative, fast-moving, data-aware, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven, test-and-learn environment.
