The Associate Creative Director, Editorial Content & Social leads the creative development and execution of always-on editorial storytelling across Target’s digital and social channels. Partnering closely with editorial marketing leadership, this role translates strategy into compelling creative work across photoshoots, collaborations, reclaimed style storytelling, and socially native content. This leader guides creative teams and production partners through concept development, and content creation—ensuring the work reflects Target’s brand voice and a high standard of creative excellence while resonating with culture and evolving social platforms. The role plays a key part in delivering high-quality editorial content that drives discovery, collaboration storytelling, and brand affinity across digital experiences, with a focus on building culturally relevant, always-on content ecosystems that complement larger campaign moments. This role also plays a key role in identifying and translating emerging creative and social trends into actionable content ideas in partnership with marketing, strategy, and creative teams.
