About The Position

We Are Rosie is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who’s ready to dive headfirst into a critical platform migration for a dynamic digital marketing agency partner. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Cordial), you will be instrumental in supporting the client through their upcoming platform migration to Cordial. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with direct, hands-on experience in the Cordial platform to seamlessly guide the client through this transition. This is your chance to make a significant impact and ensure a smooth execution during a pivotal time.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of direct, hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing.
• Proven, direct experience with the Cordial platform.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with clients who have previously utilized Cordial (e.g., Levi's, Abercrombie, Boot Barn, Revolve, PacSun, Adore Me, Purple) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Executing and managing email and SMS marketing campaigns within the Cordial platform.
• Collaborating with the client's team to ensure a seamless transition during the platform migration.
• Leveraging your expertise to maintain campaign performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Providing hands-on support and execution to bridge any team member gaps during the migration period.
