Backed by prominent investors, Inspira Education is seeking a strategic, hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive acquisition and engagement across their brands. This role involves owning the CRM communication strategy, optimizing engagement with existing contacts, expanding the email list, and increasing free consultations. The manager will lead campaign execution, A/B testing, and personalization, supported by a CRM Manager, and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance app engagement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses expertise in platforms like Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot, and is passionate about experimentation. They should be comfortable with both strategic thinking and tactical execution, working cross-functionally to achieve results. The primary metric for success is consultations generated from the contact database. This is an in-person role requiring 5 days/week in their NYC office (Gramercy).
