Crunchyroll is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager to architect and execute the lifecycle strategy for their product drops. This role is responsible for the fan experience from anticipation to post-drop re-engagement, designing programs to maximize sell-through, drive revenue velocity, and increase repeat participation. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Brand, Analytics, and Operations to ensure the lifecycle strategy aligns with business objectives such as buy quantities, margin targets, and sell-through goals, while maintaining the premium positioning of the business. This role reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, Global Flywheel and serves as the lifecycle lead for the drops business.
