About The Position

Assured Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lifecycle Manager to join their team. The Lifecycle Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that quality standards and schedules are closely followed. This role is contingent upon contract award and requires a current and active TS/SCI clearance. The position is located in Bethesda, MD or McLean, VA.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency.
  • Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Experience with helping to define Lifecycle Management technology roadmaps and solutions.
  • Experience with Analyzing user integration requirements.
  • Experience with managing the implementation of Lifecycle Management solutions across multiple technologies and ODNI components.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Agile, Lean or ITIL frameworks.
  • PMP, Six Sigma or ITIL certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Defining plans, processes, methods, and tools for ensuring supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all Sponsor service assets to help protect from the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit and/or illegally modified products.
  • Researching and recommending cost effective purchase arrangements that the Sponsor will consider.
  • Processing and/or coordinating requests for procuring hardware, software, and services from third-party vendor suppliers.
  • Escalating Sponsor service issues to assigned vendor(s).
  • Coordinating resolution of service issues with assigned vendor(s).
  • Communicating status on service issues to the Sponsor as needed.
  • Coordinating contract approvals.
  • Monitoring for delivery of contracted services/licenses within budget and time constraint guidelines.
  • Responding to requests for quotes or government cost estimates from the Sponsor to support the requirements definition activities.
  • Administering the Sponsor-provided inventory tracking tool.
  • Assisting with software license auditing activities when requested.
  • Ensuring licenses are compliant with vendor usage specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with configuration management processes for both hardware and software, including infrastructure support.
  • Ensuring that all equipment delivered is installed and operational within 60 days of delivery and acceptance by the Sponsor.
  • Tracking and managing maintenance agreements for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software products.
  • Aligning hardware recapitalization, maintenance management, and license renewals in a Procurement Spending Plan.
