About The Position
Delta Community Supports is recruiting Lifesharing providers who reside in Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania. Lifesharing through Delta Community Supports connects individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to caring families who open their homes and hearts. As a Lifesharing provider, you’ll offer a supportive, inclusive home environment where someone can truly thrive — and become part of your family. Lifesharing is a community-based living arrangement where people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism (ID/A) live in the homes of trained providers. Providers receive training, ongoing support, and a generous stipend to help them provide the best care possible. Requirements
