About The Position

The Life School Alumni Success Advisor is the primary point of contact for Seed House Project alumni after graduation. Working closely with the Dean of Life School Programs and case managers, the Advisor helps graduates transition into safe, stable housing and remain connected to supportive relationships and services. The role includes housing navigation, building landlord and housing-provider partnerships, developing an active alumni community, coordinating connections to SHP’s therapy team and coaches, and responsibly administering the Alumni Emergency Fund. The Advisor plans and leads one alumni gathering each month, maintains at least monthly check-ins with alumni, supports referrals and scheduling, and verifies compliance with aftercare requirements. The position also involves reviewing and documenting emergency fund requests, preparing recommendations, processing approved payments, maintaining accurate records, and reporting monthly on fund use and aftercare activities. The role is part-time, 20–24 hours per week, non-exempt, and hybrid, with two on-site days weekly split between the Northridge and Beverly Glen locations as program needs require and remaining days remote.
