About The Position

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a supervisor for their Life Premium Accounting department. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of accounting professionals while overseeing daily premium accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. The position is based at their Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on the role and responsibilities. The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25 per hour, based on applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • At least two years of management, supervisory, or team lead experience.
  • Experience in accounting, premium accounting, insurance operations, financial services, or a related business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use Microsoft® Excel to develop reports, track metrics, analyze trends, and improve workflow visibility.
