Requirements

• At least 1 year of insurance sales experience (life insurance preferred)
• Active Michigan Life Insurance License
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Team player who thrives on collaboration and supporting others

Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance policies directly to individual clients.
• Provide hands-on guidance to district agents.
• Lead informative trainings to help agents succeed in life insurance sales.
• Support the quoting and binding process.
• Help close policies while sharing in commissions for policies you contribute to.
• Foster strong relationships, cross-sell to existing clients, and bring in new business through networking and thoughtful outreach.
• Assist with daily office operations, such as handling quotes, policy reviews, and follow-ups.
• Play a key part in building the district’s overall success.
• Grow your own book of business.
