About The Position

The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a fully online, 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served.

The agency provides data-driven systems, warm inbound leads, mentorship, leadership support, and resources to help applicants obtain a life/health insurance license. Flexible training and scheduling are offered. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Requirements

• Have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one; the agency provides resources and guidance to help applicants obtain a license in as little as 7–10 days.
• Have a computer and phone to service clients.
• Have a reliable internet connection.
• Be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
• Be a U.S. citizen.
