About The Position

The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This fully online, 100% commission-based role is intended for coachable, disciplined people comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family they serve. Earnings are uncapped. Warm leads and a data-driven lead-generation system are provided, so agents can focus on serving clients rather than prospecting. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. A life insurance license is required, but candidates who do not currently have one may receive resources and guidance to obtain it in as little as 7–10 days. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
