About The Position

The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a fully online, 100% commission-based role for disciplined, coachable individuals comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. Agents typically assist 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. Earnings are uncapped.

The role uses warm, inbound leads and a data-driven lead-generation system, so agents can focus on helping families rather than cold calling or prospecting. A life insurance license is required, but applicants without one can receive resources and guidance to obtain it in as little as 7–10 days. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
• Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
• Must have reliable internet access.
