Responsibilities

Contact warm, high-intent leads provided daily—no cold calling required
Help clients understand and identify the life insurance solutions that best fit their needs and goals
Meet with clients virtually via phone or video appointments
Manage your schedule like a business owner, with full flexibility and control over your time
Follow a proven, high-conversion sales system with step-by-step training and support
Work closely with experienced mentors who are invested in your growth and success
Build long-term client relationships through trust, education, and consistent follow-up
Track daily activity and performance to improve results and increase earnings over time
Continuously learn product knowledge, compliance standards, and sales skills through ongoing coaching
