About The Position

MeridianLight is seeking motivated sales professionals who want to spend more time meeting with qualified prospects and less time generating their own leads. This is a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 opportunity working with teachers, public employees, and other individuals seeking help with retirement income, protection, and insurance planning. MeridianLight provides access to pre-set client appointments and a structured sales process designed to help representatives focus on client conversations, education, and closing business.

Requirements

Active life insurance license preferred
Candidates willing to obtain the appropriate life insurance license before conducting insurance business may also be considered
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and virtual meeting capability
Willingness to complete required onboarding and training

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients through virtual appointments
Conduct retirement and insurance needs discussions
Educate clients on life insurance, Indexed Universal Life, annuity, and income-protection solutions
Help clients understand available options and make informed decisions
Maintain professional follow-up with prospective clients
Document activity and client progress within the CRM
Follow MeridianLight sales and compliance processes
