About The Position

The Life Enrichment Manager creates personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss, fostering purpose, familiarity, connection, and meaningful moments. The role uses resident interests, abilities, and personal information to shape structured, resident-centered programming and supports residents’ participation in daily routines, groups, and activities. The manager also maintains program spaces and supplies and encourages team members and volunteers to contribute to resident engagement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to residents’ cognitive abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on residents’ interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation according to quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support resident engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
