Seeking a creative and compassionate leader to join Azura Living. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will help create enriching activities and meaningful connections that enhance the lives of residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's. At Azura Living, we believe every moment matters.
Requirements
- Creative and compassionate leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities.
- Skills in facilitating arts and crafts, entertainment, and community outings.
- Ability to encourage meaningful resident engagement.
- Experience maintaining sensory carts and enrichment materials.
- Team collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate monthly activity calendars.
- Lead programs that support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
- Facilitate arts and crafts, entertainment, and community outings.
- Encourage meaningful resident engagement throughout the community.
- Maintain sensory carts and enrichment materials.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive resident experience.
