About The Position
The Amberleigh, a premier retirement community in Williamsville, NY provides quality care to residents in an INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING, MEMORY CARE community. This role involves interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner, ensuring residents are free from abuse, and supporting resident independent recreation based on individual preferences and service plans. The position also requires attending mandated in-service education programs.

Responsibilities
- Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
- Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
- Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
- Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
- Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
