We are seeking a skilled Life Enrichment Coordinator with a strong positive attitude toward customer service. This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationship with staff and residents. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and to work towards accomplishing facility goals. The Life Enrichment Coordinator is primarily responsible for the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident. He/she shall manage the areas of resident and staff relations and will be responsible for implementing and supervising programs and activities for residents in the Independent Living Facility. Associate must be able to work in a 24 hour operation.
