Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience planning and leading activities or events, required

Nice To Haves

• college or related training a plus
• Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of senior residents
• Plan, coordinate, and lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide special events
• Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities, interests, and care needs
• Support a warm, engaging, and inclusive senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction
• Creatively organize and conduct holiday celebrations, birthday recognitions, and other significant life milestones
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and community leadership
